Creating Authentic Self-Esteem in Teens

Creating Authentic Self-Esteem
An 8-week Group for Teens
    Tuesdays 4:15-5:30 Begins April 5th
234 Post Rd East. Westport, CT
Limited Seating

Low self-esteem marginalizes our lives and tragically limits our happiness, success and productivity. LSE is also a source of anxiety, depression, ADHD and conflicted relationships.
There is a common – but false – belief that we can feel good about ourselves through academic or athletic achievement or popularity. These achievements are not the source of genuine self-esteem because they are derived from outside of us -what I call other esteem.
Authentic self-esteem speaks to our relationship with our own self. Regrettably no one taught us how to achieve this most important life skill. This workshop will teach your child how to achieve just that!
Participating in this workshop will help your child to:
  • Develop their confidence
  • Find a genuine inner voice
  • Communicate with clarity and conviction
  • Thrive in their relationships
  • Overcome anxiety, depression and other challenges
  • Succeed in life
