My blog is intended to help you challenge your beliefs and encourage you to embrace the uncertainty necessary to achieve the insights and change you seek. This leads to defining moments – those in which we embark on a bold new path – and open to infinite possibilities.

There’s nothing more powerful in the universe than a shift of mind. These shifts are amplified by opening to a new way of seeing – a new way of thinking. This is one, which allows us to prosper in our relationships with others and self, and to overcome the confines of our past that limit us.

My work integrates the discoveries of the emerging sciences into practical, everyday skills that people can apply in their lives. They include the themes of potentiality, inseparability and uncertainty that enable individuals, couples and families to live fearless and resilient lives.

Please enjoy the reading—I welcome your thoughts and comments.
