Counseling Couples: Building Resilient Relationships
Notwithstanding what our worldly successes may be, sustaining prosperous relationships remains problematic for most. This is primarily due to our lack of education in this most essential area. Successful relationships should be a cornerstone of a well-lived life. Resilient relationships are built on shared meaning, coherent communication and getting past the mind-numbing battle over right vs. wrong. These skills are readily learnable.
Fostering Individual Growth
Learning to break free from our old “stories” and embrace the uncertainty of the unknown allows us to summon new possibilities into our life. We need not be constrained by our past once we learn to unburden our limiting beliefs and master our thinking.
Overcoming Anxiety and Depression
We can do better than manage anxiety and depression – we can learn to overcome them. We can accomplish this without meds once we learn to transcend our operating beliefs and habitual thoughts. Navigating Divorce Transition

As a goal, your job/career should financially, intellectually and emotionally rewarding. For most, we settle for less than the complete package. It’s often possible to balance your financial security and avocation in a way that’s both purposeful and fulfilling.
Coping With Grief, Bereavement, and Loss
Losing loved ones to sudden death, accident, or debilitating illness can be earth shattering. As well, adjusting to the loss that dementia and Alzheimer disease bring, requires a very complex grieving. Our losses need to be processed and attended to assure our healing process.
Moving Beyond Addiction – Alcohol, Drugs, Love & Sex
Recognizing and working through addiction toward sobriety are a singular first step. Once we achieve stability in this process we come to appreciate that our addictions mask our need for a transformative experience. This transformation heals our wounded inner self as we emerge to a higher and more powerful place.
